Who we are.

Narook's company details will be published here. In these terms, "Narook", "we" and "us" mean Narook, and "you" means anyone using this site.

What this site is.

This site describes the travel Narook arranges and lets you send an inquiry. It is general information, not an offer to sell any flight, stay, car, yacht or other service. There are no prices on this site. We may change or remove what the site says at any time.

Narook's role for flights.

For flights, Narook acts as an air charter broker and as your agent. Narook is not a direct air carrier, does not own or operate aircraft and does not hold operational control of any aircraft. Every flight Narook arranges is operated by a properly licensed direct air carrier that holds operational control of the aircraft.

Before you enter a contract for a flight, Narook tells you in writing the name of the carrier that will operate it, the capacity in which Narook is acting, and whether Narook holds liability insurance covering you, your passengers and your property on the flight, with its limits. We also give you in writing any business relationship between Narook and the carrier, the total cost, and any fees third parties will charge you directly.

Sending an inquiry does not reserve an aircraft. A flight is arranged only once the operating carrier has made a binding commitment and you have accepted the written terms. Aircraft, times and routes mentioned on this site are examples; the operating carrier confirms them for each flight.

Narook's role for other services.

For stays, chauffeurs, yachts and occasions, Narook contracts with you directly. Each contract states the capacity in which Narook acts.

No contract through this site.

Nothing on this site, and no inquiry you send, forms a contract or reserves anything. A contract exists only when you accept written terms for a specific journey. For a flight, it also needs the carrier's binding commitment.

Examples are not promises.

Aircraft, airports, routes, times, vessels, residences and other services named on this site, including in Notes, are examples. What you receive is what your written contract states.

Payments, changes and cancellations.

Payment, change and cancellation terms are set out in the written contract for each journey, and you see them before you accept.

For flights, these terms never take away the rights that US rules for air charter brokers give you, including a prompt refund when a flight cannot be performed, and the right to cancel with a full refund if required information reaches you late and is not sent within a reasonable time.

Events and names of others.

Art Basel, Art Basel Miami Beach, Miami Art Week and other event names belong to their owners or organizers. Narook does not organize these events. It arranges travel and time around them.

Using the site.

Please use this site lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, send automated or false inquiries, or copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.

Links to other sites are given for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

Our responsibility.

This site gives general information. To the extent the law allows, Narook is not responsible for loss caused by relying on that general information instead of the written contract for your journey. For each journey, Narook's responsibilities are those set out in its written contract and in the law that applies to it, including the US rules for air charter brokers. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. They do not take away any rights that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived.
