Your information.

Who we are.
Narook's company details will be published here. In this page, "Narook", "we" and "us" mean Narook.
Your initial inquiry.
When you send the inquiry form, your details come straight to Narook. They are emailed to two inboxes read only by the people who run Narook, currently support@seecitytours.com and a Google Gmail inbox, and a person reads every request. A copy is kept on Cloudflare, which hosts this site, so that no inquiry is lost. Sending an inquiry does not confirm a booking.
If you use the journey planner, your notes stay in your browser and are only placed into the form when you choose to review your inquiry.
How we use it.
We use what you send to read your plans, reply to you and, if you go ahead, arrange the journey you ask for and keep the records this requires. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising. Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on the steps you ask us to take before a contract, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of spam and in not losing a request.
What to share.
Include only the information needed to discuss your request. Do not include passport numbers, payment details or sensitive personal information in the initial inquiry. If you write for someone else, share only what is needed and let them know you have passed their details to us.
Travel documents.
We never ask for passports or IDs by email or phone. When a carrier needs travellers' documents for a flight, they go only through the carrier's own secure upload or an encrypted link that expires, and we delete our copy after the trip. For that link we use Tresorit Send. The file is encrypted on the sender's device, and Tresorit cannot read it. The link stops working after seven days, and Tresorit removes the file and its details, such as the sender's email address, from its servers in Ireland 14 days later.
How long we keep it.
We delete inquiries that do not lead to a journey 12 months after we receive them, from the inboxes and from the copy on Cloudflare. We keep client files for as long as the law requires.
Hosting and providers.
Cloudflare hosts this site and processes ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect it, and keeps short-lived technical logs of the inquiry form. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated spam; it reads technical signals from your browser for that purpose. The providers of the two inboxes process the emails under their own terms. This website has no added advertising trackers or marketing analytics, and its typefaces are served from this site.
Where it is processed.
Cloudflare processes inquiries on its global network, and the people who answer them may work in a different country from yours. Your information may therefore be processed outside the country you write from, including in the United States.
Your choices.
You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it. Where the GDPR applies, you can also object to or restrict how we use it, ask for a copy, and complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
