Questions, answered plainly.
What does Narook do?
Narook arranges private travel: flights, the car when you land, the place you stay, time on the water and the occasions you travel for. One point of contact holds all of it, from your first message to the journey home.
What is an air charter broker?
An air charter broker arranges whole-aircraft charters that another company flies. That company is the direct air carrier: it operates the aircraft and holds operational control of it. For flights, Narook acts as an air charter broker. It is not a direct air carrier.
Who operates my flight?
A properly licensed direct air carrier, chosen for your journey. It operates the aircraft and holds operational control of it. Before you enter a contract, Narook tells you its name in writing.
Before we propose a carrier, we check its certificate on the FAA's public records, and the carrier confirms its FAA certificate and DOT registration to us in writing.
Can I book a seat or join a shared flight?
No. Narook arranges whole-aircraft charters only. The aircraft is chartered for you and your guests. We do not sell seats, shared flights or shuttles.
What do I receive in writing before I pay for a flight?
Before you enter a contract for a flight, we send you in writing: the name of the carrier that will operate it and any other names it uses; the capacity in which Narook is acting; the total cost; any fees third parties will charge you directly; any business relationship between Narook and the carrier; and the other disclosures that US rules for air charter brokers require. We do this for every flight, without being asked. Email is fine for this.
Can I arrange travel for someone else?
Yes. Add your name or company under "Company / arranging contact" in the inquiry form. The traveller's name is optional at first, and can wait until you are ready to share it.
What should I put in the inquiry?
Dates, places and the number of guests are enough to begin. Add anything that matters: luggage, timing, the car, the stay, the evening you are travelling for.
Sending an inquiry does not reserve an aircraft, a car or a room. Nothing is booked until you accept written terms.
What should I not send through the form?
Please do not send passport, ID or payment details through the form. We never ask for passports or IDs by email or phone. If a carrier needs travellers' details, they go only through the carrier's own secure upload or an encrypted link that expires, and we delete our copy after the trip.
What happens to the information I send?
Your inquiry comes straight to Narook through this site, which Cloudflare hosts, and is used to answer you and arrange what you ask for. This site has no added advertising trackers or marketing analytics. The details are on our privacy page.
How will you reply?
By email, or by phone if you add a number with its country code.
Is there a membership or a fee to ask?
No. There is no membership to join and no fee to send an inquiry.
Does Narook organize Art Basel or Miami Art Week?
No. Art Basel Miami Beach is organized by Art Basel. Miami Art Week is the wider week around it, November 30 to December 6, 2026. Narook arranges travel and time around these events and organizes none of them.
How do payments work?
How and when you pay for a journey is set out in its written terms, which you see and accept before anything is arranged.
What if plans change or I need to cancel?
Each contract states its own change and cancellation terms, and you see them before you accept.
For flights, US rules for air charter brokers also apply. If information we must give you arrives late or changes after you sign, and we do not tell you within a reasonable time, you may cancel and receive a full refund of what you paid for the flight and related services. If a flight cannot be performed, the refund is made promptly.
