The dates, and who runs them
Miami Art Week 2026 runs from November 30 to December 6, according to the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau. It is the wider week of exhibitions and events that gathers around Art Basel Miami Beach.
The fair is organized by Art Basel. In 2026 its private days, by invitation only, are December 2 and 3. Its public days run from Friday December 4 to Sunday December 6.
Narook organizes neither the fair nor the week. What we do is arrange the travel and the time around them.
The whole aircraft, never a seat
A private charter means the whole aircraft is hired for you and your guests. One party charters it and bears its cost. Narook does not sell seats on a flight to the fair, does not put strangers together on one aircraft and does not run shuttles.
Where flights land
Several airports around Miami serve business aviation. These are examples only, subject to the operator.
Miami-Opa Locka Executive is described by the FAA as a primarily general and business aviation airport, and by Miami-Dade Aviation as the largest of the county's general aviation airports, open 24 hours.
Miami Executive serves business and private flights as a reliever to Miami International.
Fort Lauderdale Executive, to the north, is a general aviation airport owned by the City of Fort Lauderdale, with a 24-hour control tower and a US Customs facility.
The operating carrier chooses the airport that suits the aircraft and the day, and confirms it for your flight.
Leaving New York
Teterboro, which the Port Authority places 12 miles from midtown Manhattan, and Westchester County Airport both serve business aviation. Our note on choosing a New York private airport covers the difference.
A flight between two US cities, such as New York to Miami, may only be operated by a US carrier.
When to write
Tell us your dates, the number of guests and where you are flying from, and we start arranging. Nothing is reserved until you accept written terms.
The rest of the week
The flight is one part. The same point of contact can hold the stay, on a yacht or in a residence, the car between the fair days and the dinners in the evening. Our Miami Art Week page sets out how.
How Narook arranges flights
For flights, Narook acts as an air charter broker and as your agent. Narook is not a direct air carrier, does not own or operate aircraft and does not hold operational control of any aircraft. Every flight Narook arranges is operated by a properly licensed direct air carrier that holds operational control of the aircraft.
Before you enter a contract for a flight, Narook tells you in writing the name of the carrier that will operate it, the capacity in which Narook is acting, and whether Narook holds liability insurance covering you, your passengers and your property on the flight, with its limits. We also give you in writing any business relationship between Narook and the carrier, the total cost, and any fees third parties will charge you directly.
Sending an inquiry does not reserve an aircraft. A flight is arranged only once the operating carrier has made a binding commitment and you have accepted the written terms. Aircraft, times and routes mentioned on this site are examples; the operating carrier confirms them for each flight.
